The Pulmoro app does not collect, store, process, share, sell, or transmit any personal information or patient-identifiable data. The app does not require an account, login, or cloud connection of any kind.
The app does not collect:

- Device identifiers
- Analytics
- Location data
- Tracking information
All processing occurs entirely on-device. This section describes the Pulmoro app specifically — see Section 9 for information about our website, pulmoro.com.
2. Calculator & Clinical Input Data
All medical values entered into calculators remain on your device. This data is not transmitted, stored, backed up, or shared. Values are used solely for local calculations and are cleared when the tool is reset or closed.
3. Do Not Enter Patient Identifiers
Users should never enter patient names, MRNs, DOBs, or any identifiable information into the app or support messages.
4. Support & Contact Information
If you contact us, we only receive the information you voluntarily provide. We do not request or collect patient or sensitive personal details.
5. Children's Privacy
Pulmoro is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
6. Future Features & Data Handling
Pulmoro currently collects no data. If future versions introduce optional features requiring data handling, this policy will be updated before those features become active.
7. Data Security
Because Pulmoro does not collect or transmit data, risks related to data breaches or unauthorized access are minimized. All processing is done locally using Apple-provided secure frameworks.
8. Third-Party Services
The Pulmoro app does not use analytics providers, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs that collect data.
9. Website Analytics (pulmoro.com)
The practices described above apply to the Pulmoro app. Our website, pulmoro.com, is separate from the app and uses Google Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregate information about visitors — such as pages viewed, general location derived from IP address, device type, and referral source — to help us understand how the site is used.
This website analytics data is never linked to any patient information, and is entirely separate from the app, which remains fully offline as described in Section 1. You can learn more about how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy.

We may update this policy to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Updates will be posted on this page.
Terms & Conditions

Pulmoro is not a replacement for clinical judgment. Healthcare professionals should verify results and consult with their care teams when making clinical decisions. Pulmoro cannot and will not be held legally, financially, or medically responsible for outcomes resulting from use of its algorithms, calculators, content, or equations.
Intended Use
Pulmoro provides clinical decision support tools and educational resources for licensed healthcare professionals. The app is not intended for laypersons or patients. Pulmoro does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease and is not classified as a medical device. By using Pulmoro, you agree not to rely on it as a substitute for professional judgment or medical advice.
Accuracy & Limitations
Pulmoro's calculators and content are derived from peer-reviewed medical literature and accepted clinical formulas. However, Pulmoro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of its information. Medical standards evolve rapidly, and users must verify data against current clinical guidelines. Pulmoro does not collect, transmit, or store any personal, medical, or patient-identifiable information. All data entered into Pulmoro's calculators and tools remain on your device and are cleared once you close or reset the app.
